Fascinated with glasses

It is near to impossible for me to wear my glasses around Noah because he likes to rip them off. No glasses no sunglasses NOTHING.  This is particularly hard for me right now since I have a sty in my eye and can't wear my contacts for longer then one hour a day. We tell him no and it still wasn't working.  SO we got him his own facial gear:
